DOMESTIC SHIPPING

-In Stock orders will ship within 1-2 weeks and are processed in the order in which they are received.

-Out of Stock/Special orders will ship within 2-4 weeks and are processed in the order in which they are received. 

-Custom/ Bespoke orders will ship depending on the timeline and complexity of the project.

-If you are considering rush shipping, please ensure that the item is listed 'in stock', as I cannot guarantee delivery of special orders within 1-2 weeks.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

-If you are outside of the continental US and would like to make a purchase, I am happy to ship internationally.

-All duties, taxes, and importation fees will be your responsibility.

-The item value listed on the shipment will be the purchase price.

-Because international shipments are often not trackable or insurable once they cross the USA border, I do not guarantee delivery of international shipments.

RETURNS

I want you to be happy with your piece, and I will gladly correct any mistakes in fit or function.

-Items returned without prior correspondence will not be accepted for a refund.

-Returns made within 14 days are eligible for a refund if I am contacted prior to return shipment, though a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the item value.

-Original shipping fees will not be refunded.

-Returns made within 30 days of receipt are eligible for exchange or store credit if I am contacted prior to return shipment.

-Returned items must be in unworn condition and accompanied by your order number.

-Items damaged by customer performed refitting are not eligible for return. 

-You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping, except if the item is defective.

-Custom and Special orders are not returnable. Please ensure that you read the item description for insight on whether a piece is in stock or requires a special order.
